What is Aedifex?  Who are we? 

Aedifex is Latin for "the builder", and that is exactly what we do, build some of the best homes in Seattle.   

 

Aedifex, Inc. was launched in 2003 with the goal of creating amazing houses that you want to live and grow in. We only build a few select projects a year, each with great intentionality.

Aedifex focuses on quality not quantity and we feel it shows.  Our team spends a lot of time on details that you'll never see, keeping you, our customer, in mind at all times.  Often we change things in the field that we think can be improved from the original plans.  Or team is empowered to improve all aspects of our construciton process, continually learning and improving is the job of all our employees and trade partners.
